We’d like to inform everyone that the phone used for GCash transactions was lost earlier today. Kasama rin pong nawala ang SIM card at GCash account na ginagamit sa mga bayad at orders.
🚫 Please do not send any payments to the previous GCash number for now habang inaayos pa po namin ang account. This is to avoid any issues with unverified transactions.
✅ If you already sent a payment today, kindly message us here on the page so we can verify and assist you as soon as possible.
We’re currently coordinating with Globe and GCash to secure the account and will provide a new GCash number once everything is settled.
