✅️ MOLIDO CANDY | 3 ingredients only
♥️mo kung namiss mo ang ganitong candy ☺️

Ingredients:
• 900g - 1 kilogram sweet potato
• 5 cups sugar
• 4 cups grated coconut

Methods:
• Boil the sweet potato until soft.
Let's cool the sweet potato before peeling.
Grate or mash until smooth.
Place in pan, add grated coconut and sugar.
Mix well together until combined.

• Turn on the heat on medium.
Stir continuously while cooking.
30 minutes later... it was still wet.
Continue cooking until dry.
(Total cooking time is 1 hour)

• Place in a wide and flat tray or container.
Flatten well, so that the candy mixture is evenly distributed.
Wait for the mixture to harden well before slicing.
Take a few more hours. Slice as desired.
Wrap with cellophane/plastic wrap or crepe paper.
