β–  Involves FIELD WORK. Does door to door visits to clients for debt collection efforts
β–  Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments
β–  Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
β–  Handle questions or complaints of client for his/her outstanding balance
β–  Meet company target for recoveries

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:
β–  Means of doing field visits (Motorcycle, Bicycle, e-Bike, Car, etc.)
β–  Previous work experience is not required but field collections/field sales/TNVS/ delivery rider experience is a PLUS
β–  Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
β–  At least High School Graduate or finished Grade 10
