We are looking for the RIGHT PERSON to join our growing business. More than anything, we need someone who is TRUSTWORTHY, RESPONSIBLE, HARDWORKING, and knows how to take initiative.
We prefer a MALE applicant, but female applicants are also welcome, especially if you know how to drive a motorcycle and have a valid driver’s license.
My partner is a very generous person, especially toward employees who are honest, hardworking, and take good care of the business. That is why finding someone we can truly trust is very important to us.

* We pay the monthly apartment rent.
* You are only responsible for your own water and electricity bills.

* We do NOT prohibit you from using your phone while working. You can use your phone as long as your responsibilities are completed correctly and it does not interfere with your work.
🏍️ POSSIBLE MOTORCYCLE FOR WORK
* Having your own motorcycle is a plus.
* If you don’t have one but have a valid driver’s license and prove that you are trustworthy, responsible, and committed, we may be willing to provide a motorcycle for work purposes.
🏖️ 5 DAYS PAID PERSONAL TIME OFF — STARTING 2027
* Starting in 2027, we will offer 5 days of paid personal time off (PTO) per year.
* These are paid days off that can be used for vacation or personal time.
* We believe hardworking employees also deserve time to rest and take care of personal matters while still receiving their regular pay.
* PTO should be requested ahead of time whenever possible so we can arrange proper coverage for the business.
🌅 EARLY MORNING RESPONSIBILITIES
You will go to the market early to purchase the ingredients needed by our cook so our karenderya can prepare food for the day on time.
After the market, you will help manage GML Rice from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
🍚 DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
You must be able to handle basic mathematics, sales calculations, and daily business records accurately. An updated report must be sent through WhatsApp so my partner and I can properly monitor the business.
You will also help keep the store clean and organized, assist our driver and laborer when necessary, and make sure important tasks are completed without always waiting to be told what to do.
INITIATIVE IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US.
For example, if our truck breaks down, we need someone who can take action—contact a mechanic, coordinate what needs to be repaired, and immediately update us about the situation.
📱 COMMUNICATION & CCTV
Our business is monitored by CCTV for security and to help us oversee daily operations, especially when we are not physically at the store.
If we call you, please answer your phone whenever you are available. We prefer communicating directly by phone or WhatsApp rather than having to use the CCTV to get your attention.
We are not strict about reasonable phone use. As long as you are doing your job correctly, keeping the business running properly, and completing your responsibilities, we are okay with you using your phone during appropriate times.

We want someone who will work WITH them as a team, respect them, help them when needed, and become another person we can depend on.
My sister-in-law can also help with the business whenever she is available, so you will have additional support when needed.

⚠️ ATTENDANCE
If you cannot report to work on a certain day, please inform us ahead of time whenever possible. We need enough time to arrange someone to cover your responsibilities.
We don’t expect you to know everything on your first day. We can teach you. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, initiative, honesty, and whether we can trust you.
We are willing to be very generous to the right person, but in return, we expect you to respect our business and take your responsibilities seriously.
