This prayer is very important because it helps altar servers (sakristan) prepare their hearts and minds before and after serving at Mass. It reminds them that their role is sacred and not just a duty, but a service of love to God. Here's why it's meaningful:

🌟 Before Serving:

It expresses reverence and humility, asking for the grace to serve with attention, devotion, and purity.

It focuses on the honor and responsibility of assisting in the sanctuary.

It calls on Mary, Mother of the Eucharist, to guide and pray for the server.

🙏 After Serving:

It shows gratitude for the chance to serve.

It asks for forgiveness for any mistakes and distractions.

It strengthens the altar server’s love for Jesus and reminds them to always serve with joy and humility.

It ends with a prayer to Saint Tarcisius, the patron of altar servers
