51 na taong paggunita at pagdiriwang sa pagkaka-imbento ng 'Sisig' na unang natikman sa Pampanga.

1974, unang nagtayo ng karindirya si Lucia Cunanan o mas kilala bilang Aling Lucing sa harap ng riles ng tren sa Angeles, nang minsan itong nag-iihaw, nasunog nito ang tenga ng baboy para hindi masayang, tinadtad n'ya ito at tinimplahan na lang ng s**a, paminta, sibuyas at sili.

Ang kanyang eksperimento, ay ang s'yang kilala na nating sisig ngayon. Ang salitang 'sisig' sa Pampanga ay 'pangangasim', kaya nga't maasim-asim ang sisig na nakahiligan noon ng mga naglilihi at mga manginginom.

2008, si Aling Lucing ay pinatay sa tahanan nito na nagtamo ito ng sampung saksak, namatay si Aling Lucing sa edad ng 80. Tinuro ng pulisya ang 85-year-old na si Victorino Cunanan sa pagpatay sa asawa nito, pero agad ding napawalang-sala, pero hindi na kailanman nahuli ang tunay na salarin.

"Aling Lucing" na bahagi ng kusinang Filipino at patuloy na aalalahanin sa kanyang kotribusyon sa larangan ng pagluluto.
