VERY WELL SAID! 💯🙏
Kung napakinggan mo na ang interview ni Mr. Gary V. regarding sa faith ni Alvin Aragon, I know you will agree with me that he explained it very well. Let me explain how…
1. Hindi niya sinabi na mali ang faith ni Alvin
- Coming from his christian perspective, Alvin’s God and Bible are the same as his. He understands that if God is really calling him to do something even if it’s against the people, you should do it. Even if it hurts and you’ll get bashed, just share it. That’s the cost of obeying God. BUT…
2. Gary V. explains that what varies is HOW you will say the truth. God’s Word will surely hurt someone but you DON’T NEED TO MAKE IT HURT MORE because it hurts enough already. 👍
- That’s true! Sometimes we are so eager to share the truth of God’s Word that we forget to use APPROPRIATE WORDS as we share it. That’s why some people think that we as christians hate them, they no longer feel the love but rather ANGER & ARROGANCE, which is not very Christlike! Always remember that we are just like them- sinners who also deserve to be in hell but by God’s grace are now saved and children of God!
Maybe it’s time to be reminded once again as christians that the power to convict sinners doesn’t come from us, it’s still from the power of the HOLY SPIRIT and in GOD’S WORD. There’s no problem if we are so on fire in preaching the truth, but we must not forget to be careful on the words we utter, the way we say it, and most especially- the intent of our HEARTS as we do it. We have nothing to lose if we do a self-realization about it. 🙏
Ecclesiastes 12:10 KJV
“The preacher sought to find out acceptable words: and that which was written was upright, even words of truth.”
1 Corinthians 13:1 KJV
“Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.”
