We are honored to have been interviewed by graduating Communication Arts students from De La Salle University – Manila for their thesis project, “Cultivating Interest: A Short-Form Documentary Approach to Engage Gen Z in Philippine Agriculture.”

Opportunities like this remind us that little by little the hard work of young farmers is being recognized. Our mission is to inspire the next generation and to show that farming is not only for the poor but also a thriving business.

Only Farms Achieves Top Marks in GAP Training Assessment

Raising the standards in agriculture, Only Farms has successfully completed the Training on the Code of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) for Fruits and Vegetables held at J Wellness Farm. Conducted by Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 4A (DA-RFO 4A) Regulatory Division in coordination with Municipal Agriculture Office - FITS Center Silang, Cavite. Emerging at the top of the post-assessment test following two days of intensive learning and evaluation.

Only Farms’ outstanding performance reflects its strong commitment to continuous learning, excellence and responsible farming practices.

A public hearing is currently being held for Civic Society Organizations (CSOs), bringing together representatives from various agricultural associations in the municipality of Silang.

The event includes participants from the corn, cacao, coffee, pineapple, banana, and vegetable sectors. The hearing aims to strengthen collaboration among these groups and provide a platform to raise concerns, share insights, and align efforts toward agricultural development in Silang.

🍯 Introduction to Beekeeping (Batch 29) 🐝

I’ve been queuing with different LGUs for this training, but since slots are very limited, I never got selected.

But this young farmer is resilient and never gives up. I directly reached out to the training center, hoping for a chance and I’m thankful that Cavite State University BRITE Center accepted my inquiry for their beekeeping training.

Just like the bees, I believe in hard work, resilience, and the sweet rewards will follow. 🍯

This is a bold move from Only Farms as we take another step toward expansion! 🙌🏼

We reached out to our neighbor chayote farmer and asked if we could intercrop Baguio beans and Sitaw while their crop is still growing. The kind owner generously allowed us with the promise that we’ll take care of their soil health and share a portion of the profit.

With youthful energy and passion, we’ll keep striving and pushing forward. 💪🏻
