1. For every purchase of participating departments worth P3,000.00 customers will receive one raffle ticket. Higher spending will get more tickets.
2. Raffle tickets will be available at the checkout counters of CSI Appliances, CSI Besthome Furniture, CSI Hardware Plus, and CSI Department Store. Just present the purchase receipt with Home Credit transactions.
3. Customers are required to complete the raffle tickets with their name, address, contact number, and signature, and to place them in the designated drop boxes before the promotional period ends.
4. A drop box will be conveniently provided in all participating branches, along with the raffle mechanics for easy reference.
5. The deadline for submitting entries is December 31, 2025, at 7:00 PM.
6. After the promotion ends, drop boxes from other branches will be sealed in the presence of a DTI representative before being transported to the CSI Mall Dagupan branch.
7. The grand raffle draw is scheduled for January 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM at CSI Mall Dagupan, Lucao District, Dagupan City, Pangasinan. The draw will be supervised by a DTI representative.
8. To ensure fairness, participants can win only one prize. If a name is drawn multiple times, only the prize of higher value will be awarded.
9. Winners will be notified directly through telephone and text message, and their names will be proudly displayed on our official CSI page.
10. To claim their prizes, winners must present at least one valid government-issued photo ID along with the winning raffle ticket and the notification message. In the event that the winning ticket is lost or misplaced, the winner must present an affidavit of loss when claiming the prize. If the winner is unable to claim their prize in person, they may authorize a representative by providing an authorization letter along with a photocopy of the winner's valid ID that bears their signature. If the winner is from a location far from CSI Mall Dagupan, the prize will be transported to the nearest CSI branch.
11. Prizes should be claimed in person within sixty (60) days from the announcement date at CSI SOS / Besthome Office, Lucao Dist., Dagupan City, available from Mondays to Saturdays, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
12. We kindly remind everyone that unclaimed prizes within the sixty-day period will be forfeited. Please note that prizes cannot be converted to cash and will be subject to applicable taxes.
13. To promote a fair environment, employees of CSI, Home Credit, and their immediate relatives are not eligible to participate in this raffle promotion.
