So, while it is slow at the market, I have decided to experiment.
There will be new items on the tables that haven't graced it before.
I am also busy this week with bringing some items back that have been scarce lately.
As for cookies we have- Loaded Cowboy, Coffee Cake, Brown Butter Sugar, Pumpkin Snickerdoodle. Sugar Free items- Date Oatmeal or Apple Raisin cookies.
For cakes we have made - Snickerdoodle, Vanilla, Carrot, Coconut, Chocolate Salted Caramel.
There are large batches of the Braised Beef and Veg or the Mongolian Beef. Both of these usually sell out the week I have them.
For thos of you that are not into the items mentioned above, I will also have Berry Scones, Dairy Free Pumpkin Pie, Thai Peanut Noodle Salad and Apple Cake.

Aprovechando que el ritmo en el mercado está algo más tranquilo, he decidido experimentar.
Habrá productos nuevos en los puestos que no habíamos ofrecido antes.
También estoy ocupada esta semana recuperando algunos artículos que habían escaseado últimamente.
En cuanto a las galletas, tenemos: *Loaded Cowboy*, *Coffee Cake* (bizcocho de café), azúcar con mantequilla tostada (*brown butter*) y *Snickerdoodle* de calabaza. Opciones sin azúcar: galletas de avena y dátiles o de manzana y pasas.
Entre los pasteles y bizcochos, hemos preparado: *Snickerdoodle*, vainilla, zanahoria, coco y chocolate con caramelo salado.
Tenemos grandes cantidades de estofado de ternera con verduras y de ternera al estilo mongol; ambos platos suelen agotarse la misma semana que los ofrecemos.
Para quienes prefieran otras opciones, también llevaré *scones* de frutos rojos, tarta de calabaza sin lácteos, ensalada de fideos tailandeses con cacahuete y pastel de manzana.
