These apple pies recipe is very special for our
family
Passed down from my mother-in-law's own
mother, these traditional British mini apple pies are
a taste of love and tradition.
Made with tender apples and shortcrust pastry,
every bite is a sweet connection to our family's
heritage.
Please consider it is not a common pie you can
find at any bakery, with sugary and spicy filling, this
recipe calls for no sugar in filling, and very little
sugar in the dough, all sweetness comes form
powdered sugar on the top,
traditionally is served with fresh cream or ice
cream (could be microwaved for 20-30 seconds
to heat up)
