We are not a takeaway,a cafe or a restaurant but a mixture of all three. We are a modern take out food shop we make coffee’s, burgers, fries and desserts with 90% of our food made on site. You won’t find processed bought products like chicken nuggets, fish nuggets, fritters, burger patties or similar products in our shop. All our sauces, chutneys, mayonnaise’s and burger accompaniments are designed and made by us using our own recipes. we use real fish, meat and real chicken. Our kids meals have real chicken and fish.

Our pricing is very reasonable for home made food. Included into our retail price is our packaging which is recyclable (paper cardboard, bamboo and tinfoil) and biodegradable containers that break down in the compost. At the moment we only use 1 plastic item for our retail mini sauce’s, We are trying to find an alternative that will hold a liquid without composting on the shelve. It is my strong belief that we need to start to take care of our planet for our future generations, the environment and our unique wildlife. If we fail to make an effort there will be nothing left for our children and grand children to enjoy. So by default you are doing your bit when you purchase with us.

Outside of Food Infuzion, I support our local children by teaching cooking, mentoring school students for culinary competitions, at regional and national level, and giving industry work experience. I am a proud member of the NZ chefs association and World Association of Cooks Society (WACS) and enjoy sharing the passion with young people who wish to enter out industry.

Because of my restaurant background, I will try to accommodate any special requests off the menu, if it is possible. I am happy to make anything if we have the product on site and I defiantly have the experience and skill to produce good quality tasty food. You just need to ask.
