Featuring a buttery biscuit base, peanut butter cream cheese filling, peanut caramel, silky milk chocolate ganache, and a fluffy vanilla mascarpone on top - this might be one of our favourites so far.

We have extra special, long weekend treats this Saturday and Sunday at Pickle & Pie.

First up on the deli cabinet this Saturday is our take on the viral dot cake. It is a beautifully moist vanilla cake, wrapped in a white chocolate casing, layered with creamy vanilla frosting, and finished with a generous coat of hundreds and thousands. It's as delightful to eat as it is to look at.

Then, on the lineup for Sunday, this week's Sweet Pie is an absolute showstopper. Our sweet pie guru Amber has crafted a chocolate chip and Nutella cookie pie. Trust us, you don't want to miss this one.

This week's Sweet Sunday Pie is an absolute showstopper🍋🍒✨

Starting with our signature buttery base, we've layered a silky lemon custard filling, topped it with vibrant cherry compote, white chocolate crumb and ginger crumble - then finished with a gorgeously smooth brown sugar meringue. You won't want to miss it - see you Sunday!

For all of you banoffee fans out there, we’ve got you covered this week with our Sunday Sweet Pie!

Built on a buttery biscuit base with a smooth caramel centre, layered with caramelised banana ganache, silky Whittaker’s dark chocolate ganache, whipped cream and finished with brûléed bananas, this might just be one of our favourite sweet pies yet.
