EASTER HOURS 🐣🐰

We are open tomorrow as usual from 12-4pm, but will be closed on Friday the 3rd of April to observe Good Friday - we will not substitute this for another day next week.

After 4pm tomorrow, we'll reopen on Friday the 10th of April at 12pm.

If you want to avoid the line, we recommend coming in tomorrow after 1pm. We have plenty of fish available, and our 100g Blackcurrant Cold Smoked Slices are in stock - perfect for the Easter weekend brunch.

We're back tomorrow and ready to see everyone!

To celebrate our first open day of the year, we've got our Aoraki Salmon Spread available for the first time ever πŸ™Œ These spreads are chilled with a Use By Date of the 21/01/26, and are $5.00 each.

We'll be doing in store testing if you want to try before you buy too!

We'll have all three flavors available until sold out - grab a bargain while they're here! They aren't suitable to freeze, so we'll have them behind the counter.

We'll have our usual bone-in fillets, whole fish, portions and smoked tomorrow as well. Open from 12pm πŸ‘‹

Final call to get your Factory Shop salmon for Christmas! πŸŽ…πŸŽ„

This Friday (the 19th) is our final open day for the year, and then we're closed until the 16th of January 2026 - so get in and grab your salmon to last you during the shut down period.

To celebrate the festive season, we are selling our whole fish with no limit per customer for the final day only!! πŸ™Œ while stocks last and size will vary depending on product availability.

We will also have our usual hot and cold smoked, bone in fillets (our smaller King Salmon fillets are back in stock) and 150g portions available.

If you stopped by last week at the start of the shop opening hours, you'll know how busy it is at 12pm, so we recommend coming in later in the afternoon if you don't want to wait in line.

πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰ Exciting news- whole fish are back in stock for a limited time πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

This coming Friday we will have whole fish back in stock! The sizes will vary, once we sell out of one size, we'll move to the next. There is a limit of 4 fish per paying customer, per day to make sure there is enough to go around - we know everyone has been waiting for them. Depending on how it goes this week, we may have more next week for our final day of the year, but will put up a further post to confirm this early next week.

As we head into the last two weeks, there are a couple of important things to note:

- The shop is very busy at 12pm, please be aware there will be a wait if you come at this time.
- Road safety is important; please do not park over driveways, on the inside of the island or over the intersection - we share the area with lots of trucks and don't want any accidents. When leaving your park, please take the time to go around the centre island if you're parked in front of the Factory, U-turns can be dicey with the road so busy.
- We are limiting the number of people in the office, but have two tills to keep it running smoothly. This will mean you may need to wait lined up outside of the building.
- This week we are trialling having the whole fish and fillets out of the freezer on tables where staff will pass over the requested number of items. Smoked products and portions will be in the freezer like normal.

This coming Friday and the next are the busiest days of the year for our shop, so please be patient and kind to the team - they're doing a great job and want to make sure everyone has salmon for Christmas πŸ™‚

Please see below our factory shop opening hours for the month of December:

Friday 19th December 12pm - 4pm

We will be closed on the 26th of December, the 2nd and 9th of January and will reopen on Friday the 16th of January 2026.

New product in stock today!

We've sold out of chunks so today we have a new product in store - Belly Strips πŸŽ‰

Packed in a 4 pack of the belly strip from a fillet, with the skin and bones removed, these small packs are a great size for lunches at $8.00 a pack (limit to 4 per customer per day).

We're out of hot smoked portions this week, they should be back on the shelves next week.

Still no whole fish unfortunately!
