Spend more money, not at your supermarket, but at your local farmers' market, your local farm, an organic delivery service, your local organic shop. Even better and cheaper, grow stuff yourself!

We want to see all Parks, Playgrounds and Public Spaces - healthy, safe and chemical free! ✨🐕‍🦺🚸🌱

Currently many councils around the country spray toxic chemicals in our public places for vegetation control - but this puts people, children and pets at risk of toxic exposure... ☠️☠️

Check out our Annual Appeal for Safe Parks and Playgrounds linked below, and if you want to see chemical-free public spaces, support us by making a donation today.

❤ Fresh Goats Milk ❤

Produced in the Waikato - fresh on Wednesdays.

Did you know? 🐐🥛

Goat's milk has been enjoyed around the world for centuries and is a favourite for many people looking for an alternative to cow's milk.

Some of the reasons people choose goat's milk include:

🌿 Naturally contains calcium, protein, potassium, and vitamin B12.
🌿 Smaller fat globules than cow's milk, which some people find easier to digest.
🌿 A different protein profile, meaning some people who don't tolerate cow's milk well find goat's milk suits them better (although it's not suitable for people with a true milk allergy).
🌿 A creamy, naturally delicious flavour that's perfect for drinking, cooking, baking, or making yoghurt.
