Mad Butcher Fenton St is on the hunt for a full-time Retail Shop Shift Supervisor to join our team!
You’ll help keep the shop running like a well-oiled machine while delivering top-notch service to our awesome customers.
What you’ll be doing:
✅️ Supporting the day-to-day running of the shop
👊 Leading and motivating the team to bring the energy every day
🥩 Keeping cabinets full, fresh, and looking sharp
📦 Packing, Wrapping and Pricing of Meat
💬 Delivering fast, friendly customer service every time
🚀 Stepping up to run the shop on closing shifts.
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Retail or supermarket/butchery experience preferred but not essential
✔️ Confident in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Strong leadership and team skills
✔️ Organised and reliable
✔️ Physically fit and ready to get stuck in
✔️ Great attitude and pride in your work
🕐 This is a full-time position. Days, hours, and pay rate will be discussed with successful applicants at interview.
We’re open 7 days, 7am–7pm, so you’ll need to be available for both opening and closing shifts.
