🌱 Behind the scenes at the farm β€” the CRAVO shed is getting an upgrade. Our first strawberry harvest was a good one, but let's just say we weren't the only ones who thought they were delicious. After a bit of back and forth with some very determined local birds, we're now getting a big netting operation underway to protect the next round.

It's all part of life on the farm β€” and trust us, these strawberries are worth protecting. We also want to say a huge thank you to our hard-working team out on the Connings Farm. You're amazing.

🌱 Oats. Why Oats? They're our cover crop β€” planted over winter to protect the soil and keep it healthy. Come spring, they'll be worked back into the ground, enriching it for our seasonal crops ahead.

Every season needs a bit of thought β€” and our agronomist Dayne is keeping things on track.
