When you choose home kill your beast, you get all the cuts, prepared just how you’d like them. Here’s how to make the most of it:

🥩 Prime Steaks & Roasts & BBQ, Smoking cuts.
Your prime steaks can be sliced or left whole for roasting – perfect for the BBQ, along with Ribs or Brisket. You’ll also get a range of roasts (bone-in, boneless, or rolled), great for the oven or slow cooking. You can choose to slice some into casserole steaks for hearty winter meals.

🌭 Small Goods & Sausages
The fattier trim meat from your beast is ideal for sausages, patties, salamis, or sausage meat. From a prime cattle beast, you could request 20–30kg of sausages and still have plenty of other cuts left over.

🍲 Mince
The leaner trim meat goes into mince – a freezer staple for everyday meals. No matter what cuts you keep, you’ll always get mince. If you choose to put extra cuts into mince, you’ll end up with more.

💚 Variety Cuts & Extras
Tail, heart, tongue, dog bones, beef cheeks, or any offal – just let us know your preferences and we’ll make it happen.

🧊 Freezer Space
For an average 18 months to 2year-old beast, we recommend a freezer of 500L+ capacity. One beast will typically keep an average family stocked for 6–12 months.
