Sadly, Milton Saturday Market is no more; but, it was fun while it lasted.
Since starting in September 2022, the market hosted over 1200 stalls; small businesses, craftspeople, and other enterprising folks; too many to name individually.
Thanks to everyone who came along (sometimes from far away) to sell their wares, or who just came for a look, hoping to find treasure to take home. Thank you all, for taking the opportunity, it has been lovely to get to know you 😊

Calling all Donut lovers! This Saturday morning, 5th April, Flipside Donutz - Hot Mini Donuts are coming up to Milton Market to bring you freshly cooked hot mini Donuts, Lil O'rbits with a variety of sauces & loads more.
Come and get them while they're hot! ...and while they're here - all the way from Southland 🥰

We're keeping our fingers crossed for the Otago Anniversary weekend weather. The forecast - like the science - is not settled, but it looks warm on Saturday.
Samantha is back with her cute crotchet critters, this weekend, and Osooso Knits has end of summer bargains (hand-dyed cotton ponchos $20) and new winter woollies appearing (like adults possum/merino balaclavas $10 ), and there's more...
We'd love to see you there 😊
It's even cheaper to have a stall, now. Under 20's & community stalls are free, all others $10. All weathers, all year. Give it a go ☺️

There's good news and bad news; the bad news is: Louise has the flu' and won't be joining us, for the first time, tomorrow, with her gorgeous range of embroidered kid's clothes, towels, bags and more. If you'd like something special, towels with names on etc, Louise will be happy to take orders, soon.

The good news is: a reduction in stall fees. These are now: $10 a stall, under20's and community stalls are free.
Do you create beautiful things that other people would like to buy?
Has your passion for growing things produced enough to sell?
Maybe it's time to down-size or you need to de-clutter?
If garage sales don't appeal, and selling online is not your style, then a regular stall at this friendly market could be just what you need.

Sharlene's wonderful She Shed Creations are only available at the Milton Saturday Market -from 10am - 1pm. Come and see the beautiful beady critters up close, and a great variety of handmade jewellery and crystal art pictures. Everything is very reasonably priced and there are $2 lucky dips for girls and boys too.

It looks like Summer is back for a few days, so you will find the market outside this Saturday. It's your last chance to grab some gorgeous Norager & Co handmade clothes for your baby, or your baby's Barbie, for a while; Barbie is off on another adventure. There are soft handknitted facecloths, flannel-backed bibs and other goodies too.
All the 100% cotton hand-dyed ponchos and shrugs from Osooso Knits are reduced to $20, and there are lots of lovely scarfs for keeping the chill out. She Shed Creations has perfect gift ideas and $2 Lucky Dips for the kids.
The ever-popular Milton Butchery beef sausages will be sizzling and the homemade vegetarian soup is always tasty.
Call in for a browse and a chat if you're in the neighbourhood 😊

Looking for quality handmade clothes for your wee ones? We have a new local stall-holder, this week, with some lovely things: baby and children's clothes, cloth bags, knitted dish cloths, Barbie sized doll clothes and bedding, crochet baby toys.
Pop in, if you're in Milton tomorrow morning, for a sizzling Milton Butchery beef sausage snack, a cup of fresh, tasty vegetable soup, or just a browse and a chat. You never know what you might find :)
