Genoese is not just any pesto, it is crafted the traditional way, starting with flavoursome basil field grown on our outdoor Fijian farm which is nurtured from seed. The basil is hand-picked to ensure only the best fresh basil leaves are gathered for our special pesto recipe. We fly the basil directly to New Zealand and blend it in small batches with carefully selected ingredients, creating the ultimate tasting fresh basil pesto – no compromise. Our pesto is available through retail stores for the Home, through Distributors for Chefs and Hospitality customers.
