Local Flava!
Born from a desire to run my own business that allows me the freedom to choose my working day.
Having fallen in love with a new way of cooking and putting food together to reflect the flavour of the area and my own cultural tastes.
Local Flava gave me the opportunity to experiment with local seasonal foods and incorporate them into a fun, fresh, healthy and relavant cocophany of flavours to temp, excite and stimulate the palates of todays restrictive diets.
