We bake an award winning SOURDOUGH SPELT LOAF, with very low and non abrasive gluten content, packed with nutrients. Ingredients are:

er seeds, Sesame seeds, poppy seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Ground Linseeds, Organic Molasses, Kelp, Full Mineral Salt. We also make specific blends of ground nuts, fresh every week. These pair beautifully with cheese, fresh fruit and vegetables. Our enjoyment of raw cauliflower, carrot, celery, broccoli, spinach, banana, apple, persimmon, etc. has skyrocketed.
-Our ORGANIC PEANUT BUTTER has a delicious bright flavour, it is made fresh every week from imported certified organic peanuts, and locally grown macadamia nuts, which are roasted to perfection and add delightfully flavoursome crunchy pieces.
