One of our favourite winter greens, pak choy is incredibly versatile – perfect for stir-fries, soups, noodle dishes, or simply sautéed with a little garlic. It's tender, packed with nutrients, and adds a fresh crunch to winter meals.

We only sell what we grow ourselves. We grow fresh herbs and produce for markets and home delivery. We grow everything ourselves. All of our produce is either spray free or we have used an organic spray only on them.

This week we're featuring our Mukrat limes 🍋‍🟩 — just 50 cents each! Smaller than regular limes but packed with tangy citrus flavour, Muskrat limes are perfect for adding a fresh zing to winter dishes and drinks. Use them in baking, squeeze them over fish or salads, add them to hot honey and lemon drinks, or pop a wedge into sparkling water for a refreshing citrus boost.

Last week we celebrated Jenny's 70th birthday with most of the family getting together at Hill House Café. 🎉❤️

It was so nice to have the family together to celebrate Jenny's 70th. Jenny and Phil have been married for 46 years and have spent the last 42 years farming in Clevedon together.

Happy 70th Birthday, Jenny! 🎂🥂

This week we're highlighting our fresh radishes — a colourful winter favourite that's often underestimated. Crisp and peppery, radishes add a burst of flavour and crunch to winter salads, slaws and sandwiches. They’re also delicious roasted alongside other seasonal vegetables, where they become sweeter and milder in flavour. Don't forget the tops either — they can be added to soups, pestos or stir-fries.

This week marks the start of our limited organic orange season, and we’re so excited to have them included in all of this week’s boxes 🍊 Sweet, juicy and freshly picked, these seasonal oranges are only available for a short time each year and are perfect for lunchboxes, fresh juice or a healthy autumn snack.
