🫐 It started with a blueberry.

More than 40 years ago, our family began growing blueberries here in the Waikato.

But we made a decision very early on.

We wanted to grow them organically.

No synthetic pesticides.
No synthetic herbicides.
No synthetic fungicides.
No GMOs.

Back then, organic wasn’t fashionable. It wasn’t a supermarket trend. And there certainly wasn’t the consumer demand for organic food that exists today.

We simply believed there had to be a better way to grow food.

Four decades later, that belief is still at the heart of Monavale Blueberries.

Today, thousands of blueberry plants grow across our family orchard, and every season another generation gets to continue what was started all those years ago.

A lot has changed.

The reason we grow organically hasn’t.

🫐🌱 Every choice matters.

💙 SOLD OUT! 💙

Our frozen organic blueberries have officially sold out!

The incredible demand for organic blueberries tells us something important: more and more families are thinking about what they eat, how their food is grown, and the choices they make for themselves and the people they love. 🌱

Choosing organic is about making a conscious choice — supporting food grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, chemicals and GMO’s while supporting growers committed to looking after the land for future generations.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has chosen Monavale Organic Blueberries. Every bag purchased supports our family orchard and 40+ years of organic growing here in New Zealand. 🇳🇿💚

We’ll be back with more from mid-December — and we can’t wait!

Better for you. Better for your family. Better for the planet.
