I managed a catering outlet for 2 years before taking on my own catering company, catering for up to 650 people per day. I decided after 3 years having a young family and a business wasn't going to work. Then I decided to go into Retail Sales, I managed retail store at in Botany for 4 years, before becoming a Finance Business Development Manager. I recently took a redundancy and have decided its time to take this hobby to the next level.
