What a weekend.

A huge thank you to everyone who came through the doors of Fin & Chips for our first weekend of trading.

We're humbled, grateful, and genuinely blown away by the support from our community. Seeing so many familiar faces (and meeting plenty of new ones) made it a special few days for our team.

Can't rain out our parade.

Last night's soft opening was something special. Thanks to everyone who came out and helped us kick things off!

We're expecting a very busy weekend for our grand opening, so a little patience and kindness goes a long way while our crew settles into the rush. We promise we're giving it everything we've got.

We're open all long weekend, so if seafood is on the menu, pop in and see us.

On another note, Fin & Chips is really starting to come together. We're getting close now and will be announcing an opening date soon.

Chowders, seafood pies, curry bases, fish stock, lobster mac & cheese and more - much of it made in-house and ready to take home.
