Join me and the Wild Chix NZ crew for a hands on Butcher’s Workshop where I’ll guide you through butchery, curing, and sausage making, turning your harvest into something you can be seriously proud of.
Practical skills, good food, plenty of laughs, and an awesome bunch of like minded women.
This workshop runs across two half days from 8am to 12pm, including lunch each day. After the session we’ll hang out, socialise, and talk all things hunting, food, and outdoors.
