Due to a technical issue on 19 October, some advertised special prices were not correctly applied to purchases made in-store.
What we’re doing to resolve it
We know customers rely on us to provide the prices they expect, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. As soon as the issue was identified, we worked quickly to resolve it and minimise any impact. For many transactions, pricing issues were addressed in-store at the time of purchase.
To make things right, if you were overcharged for a product, we will refund the full amount paid for the product as Club+ Dollars or you can go in-store for a cash refund in line with our refund policy.
