Here’s how we turn your ordinary wraps into some extraordinary bites— in a flash!
PULLED JACKFRUIT VEGAN WRAPS RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 1 box of The Tender Table Sweet and Smoky Jackfruit
- 1 organic onion, finely chopped
- 1 large organic tomato, diced
- 50g corn kernels, boiled & slightly roasted
- 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
- 100g fresh lettuce
- 4 homemade tortillas
Preparation:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
3. Now, add the jackfruit ready meal to the pan and heat.
4. Break apart the jackfruit chunks into shreds using a fork.
5. Spoon pulled jackfruit onto the centre of each tortilla.
6. Top with diced tomatoes, lettuce, and slightly roasted cooked corn kernels.
7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll up with the filling.
8. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
