I love this recipe that’s why I’m sharing this with you. The basic trick is to switch masala & add a few common ingredients. This recipe is specially for you, if you've always been wanting to include quinoa in your diet and not knowing where to start. 💠About Quinoa:
Quinoa is well known for being a complete source of protein with all 9 essential amino acids that our body requires and cannot create own our own. It is a good source of fiber,protein & Bvitamins.Also, this is a nutrient dense food rich in magnesium, phosphorus and Iron. Imagine getting all this from a single plant source. (But consistency is important, I believe. This is a reminder to me as well. lol ! ) Likewise, quinoa is versatile as could be taken as breakfast, lunch or dinner. well, this is cool.
