We are excited to announce that Eti Farms Global is officially incorporated in Rwanda. 🇳🇬🇷🇼

This is bigger than registering a company in another country. It is a step towards building an African mushroom enterprise with regional reach.

For years, we have been building the mushroom value chain in Nigeria, from production and processing to product development, market access and consumer education.
Now, we are taking that experience into a new market.

Rwanda presents an exciting platform for us to build partnerships, explore distribution opportunities, develop new markets and deepen our contribution to sustainable food systems.

Our ambition is not simply to grow mushrooms. We want to build a commercially viable mushroom value chain that can create food, income, jobs and opportunities across Africa.

Nigeria 🇳🇬 → Rwanda 🇷🇼 → Africa 🌍
The journey has started
And this is only the beginning.

We are open to partnerships with product distribution companies, logistics companies and market linkage connections within the region.

All purpose mix is that mix that should be in everything whether soup, sauce, stew, pottage, anything. But depending on what you are cooking, that is when other variants come in.

When cooking our local soups the spices you can combine are: All Purpose Mix, Soup Masta Mix, and Spicy Savoury Mix.

When cooking the dishes above, the spices you can use are: All Purpose Mix, Sauce Masta Mix, BBQ Rub Mix or Spicy Savoury Mix.

KEBABS/SUYA/SHAWARMA
When making any of the dishes above, the spices to use are: All Purpose Mix, BBQ Rub Mix and Spicy Savoury Mix.

Remember, because the spices are all natural without msg, you will have to combine 2 to 3 at a time when cooking and use generously to get desired results.

We exhibited our work at the Africa Food Systems and honestly, the reactions were everything. So many people were amazed by what we’re building across the mushroom value chain.

Beyond the exhibition, we had great conversations, made valuable connections, and unlocked some really exciting partnership opportunities.

Some of these conversations are already turning into something bigger, and I’m excited to see where they lead.

I’m heading to the Africa Food Systems Forum with a clear intention: to connect, learn, and build partnerships that can move Africa’s food systems forward.

For the past 7 years, my work at Eti Farms Global has been rooted in a simple belief: some of Africa’s biggest food system challenges can also become opportunities for innovation, enterprise and inclusive growth.

Through our work in mushroom production, processing, training and market development, we have seen what is possible when an underutilized food is transformed into a viable business and a nutritious food option.

Today, our journey has grown from production to building markets, creating livelihoods, training aspiring agripreneurs, expanding access to mushrooms and developing value-added products that make mushrooms easier to consume.

But I believe the next phase requires more than individual businesses. It requires intentional collaboration across producers, food businesses, investors, development organizations, researchers, policymakers and institutions.

That is what I’m looking forward to at the Africa Food Systems Forum.

I’m particularly interested in conversations around:
• Scaling climate-smart agribusinesses
• Making nutritious foods more accessible and desirable
• Building stronger markets for alternative and underutilized foods
• Youth livelihoods and enterprise development
• Value addition and food-system innovation
• Partnerships that can take proven solutions to greater scale

Today, we pause to celebrate 7 years of Eti Farms Global.

Seven years ago, we started with a vision. We didn’t have all the answers, we didn’t know exactly how the journey would unfold, but we had the courage to start and the determination to keep going.

Today, we look back with deep gratitude.
