Its been five years of growing from 100 bottles of Zobo and 100 bottles of tigernut a week to churning out at least 30 cups of Fruit Parfait a day and don’t get me started on our Healthy juices or the salads in our detox packages.

5 years of struggling to show up on the gram while maintaining the business offline.

I’m happy I birthed the idea of when I did and there’s so much more this brand would accomplish in the coming years.

We discussed giving alms after Ramadan .

It is called Zakatul fitr.

This is the charity given at the end of the fasting in Ramadan. It aids our spiritual upliftment as believers, it's a means to make up for the times we fall short during Ramadan& also provide means for the less privilege to celebrate Eid.

One of the followers of the Prophet reported that The Prophet (SAW) made Zakat ul-Fitr compulsory so that those who fasted may be purified of their idle deeds and shameful talk (committed during Ramadan) and so that the poor may be fed. Whoever gives it before Salah will have it accepted as Zakat, while he who gives it after the Salah has given Sadaqah.

We are enjoined to pay it before Eid prayers.An Imam or anyone/ organisation that pays facilitates this can help with the calculations.

Every head of family is required to pay on behalf of every member of his household!

May Allah make it easy for us.
