Here we have incorporated Sunflower, Pumpkin and Sesame seeds for a protein and nutrients punch 👊 , all plant based!

We know the kids won't have it if they see the seeds so we have toasted it and blended it all up, and then added it to our flour to bake with.

Smells nutty, delicious and it's super soft and squishy 😍. Just what I set out to achieve.

Our delicious Chioz Oven Gluten Free Breads are ready 😋 .

Yesterday I made a sandwich with some leftover Bread from my fridge:

I used some fresh well washed lettuce
Few thin slices of Tomato 🍅
Some thin slices of onions 🌰
Some diagonal slices of avocado 🥑
Some thin slices of roasted or boiled chicken

For my vinaigrette I used:
Olive oil, a tsp of lemon, and roughly crushed black peppercorns. That's all.

I cut 2 slices of Bread, warmed up in the microwave and assembled my sandwich.

It was ooh sooo delicious 😋.
