£200M could buy you a Premier League football club in 2008.

Today, you need almost £150M just to sign an average player like Enzo Fernández.

£200M used to buy an entire club.

Now, it barely buys two midfielders.

Football has gone absolutely insane.

Since 2019, tens of thousands of Christians in Nigeria have been slaughtered as part of a sustained pattern of religiously motivated violence by Islamist jihadis.

America gives billions to Nigeria. We will not continue to fund a Christian genocide.

The frog wedding was a real ceremony held in Bhopal during the 2019 drought, following an old folk tradition in parts of India where marrying two frogs is believed to please the rain god and bring monsoon rains.

Soon after the ceremony, central India experienced extremely heavy monsoon rainfall that caused widespread flooding, damaged thousands of homes, and displaced many families.

The rainfall, however, was the result of normal weather systems, not the ritual itself.

As flooding continued, some locals jokingly blamed the frog marriage for the endless rain and organized a symbolic "divorce" ceremony a few months later, hoping to restore balance.

The divorce was a cultural and humorous ritual rather than a serious religious practice, but it attracted international attention because of its unusual symbolism.

Frog weddings have been performed in several Indian states for generations during periods of drought, reflecting traditional beliefs that connect nature, animals, and the arrival of the monsoon.
