​Theme: Becoming a Better Learner

​The Airtel x 3MTT NextGen training has shifted my perspective. I’ve realized that true skill isn’t built by just watching tutorials—it’s built through active practice.

​My New Learning Strategy:

• ​Consistency Over Intensity: I no longer wait for "perfect" long hours to study. I show up daily, even for short sessions. Small steps lead to big results.

• ​Immediate Application: Instead of just taking notes, I apply what I learn immediately. Implementation is the best form of memory.

• ​Micro-Learning: I’m breaking complex topics into smaller, actionable tasks to avoid feeling overwhelmed.

​This journey is teaching me that becoming a better learner isn't about knowing more—it’s about applying better. I am committed to getting 1% better every day.
