GRINDING is a huge task. Imagine your teeth grinding since you were one year old without thorough maintenance.

The problems of grinding machines are many.

From my experience of foodstuff processing, this locally fabricated one in the first picture appears to be the strongest and Durable.

I have two of them which I use for wet grinding only and with the trending issue about metals leaking into your food products (which is true), I have come to appreciate my fabricator who advised me to use steel in place of ordinary metal for the construction of the mill.

Yes, your fabricator knows that Steel material can be used but it is quite expensive. Steel has grades.

The foreign one remains the best when it comes to Food safety concerns but you must take its maintenance seriously because the long survival of it depends on quality maintenance.

The grinder in the second picture is a powder grinder. Very effective 💯

The first one I bought got burnt and that taught me a lot about its maintenance. Maintaining it includes dismantling it to clean up all the components especially the ones associated with the blades.

The second one I bought now enjoys baby girl treatments 😀. I have an electrician who cleans it once a month. Once a month because of Date powder processing. Grinding date fruits is not a walk in the park.

So, if you want to fabricate a grinding machine locally, please go for high quality Steel. Local fabricated will serve you a long time because the fabricator will be reachable and available to guide you.

How is you??? I trust you are doing great.

I'm happy to be back 😊

It's funny how I started off 2025 with zeal, great plans and hopes of moving Purity steps ahead but here I am missing in action for 4 months 😢

Sometimes you need to step back to come back even stronger.

I took a break from social media to sort some challenges that posed a threat to ending Purity Foods.

Maybe someday, I will talk about those challenges. The most important thing is that I was able to fix them up especially for its toll on my health.

I received messages, calls, tags and mentions from friends here, deep concerns from close friends, family, longtime customers and vendors.

I am immensely grateful for your show of love and care. I won't forget.

I am excited to be back into pushing my business.

Purity has become a reliable foodstuff business and I will ensure my customers don't get disappointed.

HERE IS HOW I made my pancakes with Oat Groats Flour

Ingredients:
One cup of Oat Groats Flour
One fresh egg
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/4 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of Date powder
2 tablespoons of butter
One cup of hot water

Procedure:
* I seived my flour into a bowl
* Added other dried ingredients ... baking powder, date powder, milk (I used powder milk) and mixed it all together.
* Created a space in the middle of the bowl and poured in fresh egg and melted butter.
* Added hot water and mixed thoroughly (I used hot water because I wanted the oat flour to be a bit cooked. Oat Groats Flour are not fine powder flour)
* Heated my pan and scooped my mixture on it and allow to heat up.

Once you see bubbles on the surface of your pancake, then it's time to flip.

With this recipe, you don't need oil on your pan before baking your pancakes.

Oat Groats Flour has a unique taste and flavour when you make pancakes with it.

Oat Groats Flour is the highest form of Oats, it's 💯 gluten free.

Oat Groats Flour are not fine powder flour so you may feel some rough particles.

They are healthy and filling 😋 🥧

IN ONE GROUP where I belong, I was always called to share food at the end of the meeting.

After eating and drinking, our members always commend me for my service. They just love me to serve them.

I was one of the youngest so, I took sharing food after meeting as part of what I should do.

A close friend told me that why everyone loves my service is because I don't cheat anyone. Every plate is well served.

He asked, don't you know that people use their corner eye to check whose protein, salad or moi moi is bigger? Lol 😀

Well, this is same thing I do when packing our yummy kilishi into Pouches or transparent nylons.

My Onitsha distributor was buying some kilishi rolls to package herself until she stopped. She told me ... Purity,my customers prefer how you measure and package. Please start packaging all my orders yourself.

Packaging in 50g and 70g is huge work. I have workers who packs excellently with correct measurements.

200 packs delivered to Onitsha.

You can start that retail kilishi sales and make some money for yourself too.
