FELICITATION MESSAGE TO OUR TEEMING FANS AND SUPPORTERS

The Management of Solution Football Club of Anambra State extend our deepest gratitude to our teeming fans and supporters for their unwavering support throughout the 2025/2026 Nigeria National League (NNL) season, which concluded with our home fixture against Akwa United FC.

Your voices, prayers and presence at the stadium and across our platforms carried us through every matchday. Through victories, draws and difficult moments, you stood by us with passion and belief. For that loyalty, we say a heartfelt Thank You.

We wish to specially appreciate the father of the state and our number one supporter, the Executive Governor of Anambra State, His Excellency, Prof. Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, for his visionary leadership and commitment to sports development in Anambra State. His support remains a strong pillar for Solution FC and the growth of football in our state.

Our gratitude also goes to the outgone Chairman of the Anambra State Sports Development Commission (ASSDC), Hon. Patrick Estate Onyedum for his dedication, encouragement, and the enabling environment he provided for the club throughout his tenure. We are grateful for his service to sports in Anambra State.

We share in your disappointment that we fell short of our ultimate goal of securing promotion to the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) this season. We know how much this dream means to you, to Anambra State, and to all of us at the club. We accept responsibility for not delivering the result we all worked for, and we sincerely apologize to every fan who invested their hope, time and resources in this journey.

This is not the end, but a lesson. The Management of Solution FC assures you that we have already begun a thorough review of the season. We will strengthen the team, improve our structures and return with greater focus and determination for the 2026/2027 NNL season. Our commitment to taking Anambra football to the top tier remains unshaken.

You are the 12th man we can never play without. Thank you for filling the stands, defending our badge online and believing in the Solution Project even when results were tough.

We ask that you keep faith with us. Together, we will rise stronger, fight harder and make Anambra State proud.

For Solution FC, for Anambra, for glory.

Match Report: Osun United FC 2-1 Solution FC

By Ikenna Nwokedi

Solution FC's penultimate away match of the season ended in a 2-1 defeat against Osun United FC at the Lanreleke Sports Complex, Ileogbo, Osun State on Saturday, April 4, 2026.

The Anambra Government-owned club made three changes to their midweek lineup that lost to First Bank FC, with Jesse Kelechi Ijomah and Stanley Ekwo joining Henry Abasim in a three-man midfield, replacing Arinze Obuka and Chimamkpa Onyema while Moses Amanekwe who served his one match suspension got the nod upfront ahead of Gabriel Gaiya.

Solution FC dominated possession and created chances in the first half, but were denied by Osun United FC's goalkeeper Ayo Ojo, who made a crucial save to block Chukwuemeka Okeke's shot in the 26th minute.

Solution FC took the lead in the 57th minute through Olalekan Adetona, who capitalized on a rebound after Ojo parried Moses Amanekwe's shot who was teed by Chukwuemeka Okeke.

However, Osun United FC equalized in the 76th minute through an unmarked Abimbola Mojeed's headed goal from a corner kick.

Solution FC pushed for a late winner but conceded a late goal in the 88th minute, courtesy of poor goalkeeping by Iloh.

The defeat means Solution FC will head into their final match against Akwa United FC on April 15, 2026, at the Awka City Stadium, looking to secure a positive result to end the season on a good note.
