How to incorporate finger millet(Tamba) into your meal.

For those of us who don't know what finger millet is and how to add it to our meals but are willing to learn and incorporate it into our meals. Not to worry I got you covered.

Finger millet, also known as Tamba, is an excellent choice for weight loss due to its numerous health benefits. When it comes to incorporating finger millet into your diet, there are several delicious meal options to consider:

1. Tamba Porridge: Start your day with a warm bowl of Tamba porridge. Simply cook ragi flour with water or milk and add your choice of sweeteners like honey or dates. Top it off with a handful of nuts or fruits for added flavor and nutrients. Then you are good to go 😊

2. Towu Tamba: Replace conventional semolina with Tamba flour to make two. And enjoy it with your favorite soup. It is my favorite swallow so soft and smooth😊

4. Tamba bread: Mix ragi flour with wheat flour, finely chopped vegetables, and spices to make delicious and wholesome bread. These high-fiber flatbreads can be enjoyed with a side of yogurt or any healthy curry. When baking with Tamba just be creative.

5. Tamba Pudding: Indulge in a guilt-free breakfast by making tamba pudding. Cook tamba flour with milk, like pap, and enjoy it just the way you like it sweetened or not sweetened.
