Dear Customers,

Referring to the unfortunate event that happened to Quin Mart Sibu between ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ” ๐‰๐š๐ง๐ฎ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ โ€“ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ– ๐‰๐š๐ง๐ฎ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ whereby the misunderstanding towards the emergency mechanism launched by Quin Reward has prompted some Quin Reward users to take items off the shelf, to the extent that the shelves, refrigerator, and some store equipment were dismantled and taken.

It was extremely disheartening that some Quin Reward users have taken these items for themselves and forgotten to make the proper redemption for the items taken.

While we understand that such misunderstandings may cause large panic and havoc,this action will not be tolerated. Hence, attached herewith are the list of Quin Reward users who are suspected and have forgotten to make the proper redemptions for the items taken.

However, if these users have not come forth after 14 days, Quin Mart will work together with Quin Reward to further take action against the accounts. Quin Mart and its licensee shall reserve all rights.
