Durian Taste : under the durian Tree

我会这样定义你的 tasting journey：

IOI — 香甜柔滑，开胃
↓
黑刺 — 浓甜细腻，金黄奶油感
↓
猫山王 — 浓郁甜苦，层次提升
↓
Tekka — 厚重复杂，深沉回甘

所以重点不要宣传成「一个比一个高级」，而是：

从甜香开始，走向浓郁，最后以复杂悠长的 Tekka 收尾。

这会更符合 Durian Gold 做“品鉴”的概念，而不是单纯比较哪个品种最好吃。

Durian Talk : Unboxing Durian Duri Hitam .
Duri Hitam 黑刺（D200） 是马来西亚很有代表性的高端榴莲品种，也叫 Black Thorn / 黑刺。

它比较明显的特点是：

* 果肉颜色：深金黄至橙黄色，通常比猫山王更偏橙金色。
* 口感：非常绵密、细滑、奶油感强，成熟好的果肉有近似奶油或卡士达的质感。
* 味道：以浓甜为主，同时带一点微苦和复杂的回甘；整体通常比猫山王更偏甜。
* 香气：成熟时香气浓郁，带有发酵、奶油和果香层次。
* 果肉：好的老树黑刺可以做到肉厚、核相对小，入口后味道停留较久。
* 辨认特点：果底通常可以看到较明显的黑褐色干燥花柱/“黑刺”，这也是名字的来源之一。

Durian Talk : IOI (D168)

IOI（D168）和猫山王（D197）确实非常相似，但它们是两个完全不同的榴莲品种。

可以这样向顾客介绍：

IOI D168｜不是猫山王，却有自己的独特风味

IOI D168 果肉呈金黄偏橙色，肉厚饱满，第一眼看起来很像猫山王。

它的特点是：

* 香甜浓郁，奶油感强
* 果肉厚实、细腻顺滑
* 甜味比较明显
* 带有淡淡的苦韵
* 相比猫山王，苦味较温和，更容易入口

猫山王的味道通常更浓烈，苦甜层次更明显；IOI则偏向香、甜、滑、微苦。

一句话形容：

「很多人第一眼以为它是猫山王，其实它是 IOI D168。金黄厚肉、香甜顺滑、微微回苦——它不是猫山王，也不需要成为猫山王。」
