Congratulations to every cheese enthusiasts for completing the Academy of Cheese Level One course in our final intake of 2025! π§
A total of 14 cheeses and 10 wines for tasting, it's one of the best learning experience ever. A special thanks to our Scottish friend Angus for sharing the truckles with us, plus the rare Polish orange wine made with Muscaris and the late harvest sweet wine made with Solaris.
