🇲🇾紫薯Prata酥｜追剧零食天花板

真的很简单！外脆里面软软紫薯香，边追剧边吃完全停不下来🤤�重点是材料少、做法快，air fryer直接搞定！

这次用的是�爱加倍有机紫薯�紫薯颜色超美，而且吃得出自然甜味💜

📝做法超简单：
1️⃣ 紫薯蒸熟后切片�2️⃣ 加一点牛奶压成泥，搅到顺滑�3️⃣ 铺在 prata 上�4️⃣ 再盖一片 prata�5️⃣ 切条后微微卷起来�6️⃣ 表面刷蛋黄�7️⃣ air fryer 180°C 烤 15 分钟✨

🇲🇾超实用！5-4-3-2-1 买菜攻略（马来西亚版）

蕞近在试这个 5-4-3-2-1 买菜法，发现真的蛮适合我们这种日常随便买、很容易买多的人😂�它不是那种很复杂的健康计划，就是一个很简单的“买菜框架”。

我先讲它怎么分👇�🥬 5种蔬菜�🍗 4种蛋白�🍎 3种水果�🍚 2种碳水�🍫 1个开心小奖励

重点就是：不用想太多。�照这个结构拿就好，真的会比较不容易乱花qian，也不会一直站在那边纠结要买什么🥹

I’ve been trying this 5-4-3-2-1 way of grocery shopping, and it’s actually been really helpful, especially if you tend to overbuy like I do 😅
It’s nothing complicated, just a simple structure that makes shopping feel a lot less chaotic.

That’s it. No overthinking, just stick to it and go.�I’ve noticed I waste less food and spend less time standing there wondering what to get🥹

Lately I’ve been sticking with veggies. They’re soil-grown, and I’ve been having them for quite a while now. I just really like the taste, clean, naturally sweet, and fresh. It’s one of those choices I can make without overthinking.

🇲🇾没想到最普通的方法反而最耐放｜ #青葱保存实验
�平时买一把青葱，用没几天就开始变软、发黏，之后只能丢掉，真的有点浪费😭 所以这次我做了一个很简单的青葱保存实验，看看不同方法到底可以放多久👀

这次我用的是 #爱加倍有机青葱 来做实验☺️ 平时买 #有机菜 我都会选有认证的，像他们家有 认证，而且是传统 soil-based 种植，所以这次就直接拿来测试看看🌱

我一共用了三种方式：�
1️⃣直接放塑料袋�
2️⃣湿纸巾包住根部＋密封保鲜袋�
3️⃣放水罐水培冰箱保存

真的有点意外，简单步骤反而蕞耐放，而且也很好操作。重点就是保持一点湿度，但不要直接泡水🙀

🇲🇾 Didn’t expect the simplest method to last the longest | Green onion storage test

I usually buy a bunch of green onions, and within a few days they start getting soft and slimy… then I end up throwing them away 😭 Such a waste. So this time, I did a super simple experiment to see which storage method actually keeps them fresh longer 👀

For this test, I used green onions ☺️ I usually go for certified organic produce, and they’re MyOrganic certified and grown using traditional soil-based methods, so I just grabbed these for the experiment 🌱

I tried three different methods:�1️⃣ Leaving them in a plastic bag�2️⃣ Wrapping the roots with a damp paper towel + sealing in a bag�3️⃣ Keeping them in a container with water in the fridge

Honestly, I was a bit surprised—the simplest method actually lasted the longest, and it’s really easy to do too. The key is to keep a bit of moisture, but don’t soak them in water 🙀

If you also tend to stock up on green onions, you can give this a try—it really helps them last a few extra days 🤩

我做了 #10天番茄保存实测
买回来的番茄都是偏生的，分几组保存

室温组
▪️ 直接放
▪️ 保鲜膜包
▪️ 蒂头贴胶纸

冰箱组（同一层）
▪️ 纸袋
▪️保鲜膜
▪️ 蒂头贴胶纸
▪️ 保鲜袋＋干纸巾

📅 第5天
冰箱组都偏生、偏硬，保鲜袋里甚至带青。
室温直接放＋贴胶纸的熟得刚刚好。
红、均匀、结实、有光泽。
保鲜膜包的还是偏生。

📅 第🔟天
室温直接放 → 皱皮、变软
室温保鲜膜 → 少许皱

但室温＋蒂头贴胶纸zui稳👇
✔ 结实
✔ 有弹性
✔ 有清香味
✔ 没发黑

冰箱组保存也很好，但偏生、硬。

✔ 偏生番茄 → 室温＋贴胶纸
✔ 熟番茄 → 冰箱＋干纸巾＋保鲜袋

我这批番茄是有机菜song上门的，可自己选菜，有60多种，满50就song货。下单就song到家，省去去supermarket的时间。

10-Day Tomato Storage Test: Does Taping the Stem Work?

I did a 10-day tomato storage test. The tomatoes I bought were slightly unripe, so I split them into two groups.

Room temperature
• Left as is�
• Wrapped in plastic wrap�
• Stem taped

Fridge (same shelf)�
• Plastic bag�
• Plastic wrap�
• Stem taped�
• Storage bag + dry kitchen towel

Day 5�
The fridge tomatoes were still quite unripe and firm, and the ones in the bag were even a little green.�The room temperature ones left as is and with taped stems ripened perfectly—red, even, firm, and glossy.�The plastic-wrapped one was still a bit unripe.�

Day 10�
Room temp left as is → wrinkled and soft�
Room temp plastic wrap → slightly wrinkled
room temp + taped stem worked best:�firm, springy, fresh smell, no dark spots.
The fridge tomatoes were still well preserved, but still firm and a bit unripe.

So my takeaway:�
Unripe tomatoes → room temp + tape the stem�
Ripe tomatoes → fridge + dry kitchen towel + storage bag

⏱️ 准备时间
• 粉丝热水泡 10分钟

🇲🇾初一十五｜清爽好消化一锅素汤

新的一年我给自己留了个小习惯，每逢初一十五，
就会煲一锅素汤。

也不是刻意养生，只是平时外食多、口味重，
偶尔会想吃点清清爽爽的，让肠胃qing song一点。

一锅里吃到多种颜色的蔬菜，看上去就很有食欲。
煮出来的汤是那种自然的甜，不是调味撑起来的味道。

我一直有买爱加倍的有机蔬菜，真的挺新鲜的。
基本都是从菜园直接song到家，不到一日就到了，拆开包装还能闻到蔬菜刚摘下来的味道。
他们家一直坚持用土壤种植，已经十多年了，吃着也比较安心，会继续回购。

所以整锅汤喝起来是清甜的，不油不腻，
喝完胃里很舒服，也很好消化，没有什么负担。
