This agreement is effective unless and until terminated either by the customer or our page. Customers may terminate this agreement at any time. However, our page may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and deny access to customers who fail to comply with the terms and conditions
above. Payments
Items in stock: 2-6 working days for Standard Delivery, depending on radius and location between our distribution outlet and user. Items out of stock: Please email us at [email protected]. All goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods available, such as Visa, MasterCard, or online payment methods. Payment cards (credit or debit) are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the required authorization is not received, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. Shipping, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Cancellation Prior to Shipment
- If you cancel your order(s) before it ships from our warehouse, you will not be charged any additional fees.
- A cancellation request must be submitted by emailing us at [email protected].
- Once the cancellation request is received, a full refund will be initiated.
- We advise submitting a cancellation request within 24 hours of your order submission to ensure cancellation before shipment. Return Policy
The following conditions must be met to be eligible for return requests after shipment/receipt of goods:
1. Non-refundable Goods: All goods sold are non-refundable except for the following conditions:
- Failed Delivery
- Wrong Delivery
- Damaged Goods during delivery
2. Direct Purchases: Only items purchased directly from Al Ulum Industri Sdn Bhd Online Store are eligible for return.
3. Retailer Purchases: Products purchased through other retailers must adhere to the respective retailers’ return and refund policies.
4. Return Eligibility:
- Incorrect Items: If the item received is not what you ordered (wrong size, expired, color, broken, or missing items).
- Damaged Items: If the item is damaged upon receipt, tampered with, refurbished, or modified. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to return goods.
5. Return Requirements:
- Items must be shipped back within 7 working days upon receipt (as proven by the postal or courier receipt).
- Proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt) is required.
- Items must be in new condition, in original packaging, and include any free gifts received. Packaging must be unused, unmarked, and not defaced.
- Items must be returned in the original box or suitable packaging to prevent damag during return delivery.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations: Changes to the order and cancellations will not be
permitted once payment is confirmed. Cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted.
7. Right to Reject: We reserve the right to reject any cancellation or refund deemed unfit or unreasonable. Refund Policy
- Full refunds will be issued once we receive and examine the returned goods at our return center.
- Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method:
1. Online Bank Transfer: Full refunds will be credited into your bank account via online bank transfer within 3-5 working days.
2. Credit Card Refunds: Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank. Contact your card- issuing bank regarding the duration of the credit refunds. Shipping Policy
Shipping Address
- We only ship to addresses provided in the billing or shipment address during your purchase.
- Ensure correct addresses and reachable phone numbers are provided when completing your order.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and only to valid legitimate shipping addresses.
- We are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses provided, and goods returned to us will incur additional shipping charges for re-delivery. Change in Shipping Address
- Requests for changes in the shipping address must be emailed to [email protected] within 12 hours upon order submission.
- Requests made after 24 hours of order confirmation will incur additional shipping charges, which the customer is responsible for. Shipping Time
- It typically takes 2-6 working days (Monday to Friday) for goods to arrive at your destination.
- Shipments are delivered during office hours between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays only. Tracking Number
- Once goods are picked up by our shipping partner, the tracking ID for the package will be available, and communication will be via email/mobile app/SMS.
- For non-tangible products or services, confirmation of order and receipt will be communicated via email/mobile app/SMS. Proof of purchase, invoice, or delivery order will be available.
