▪ 起居:避开正午烈日,室内通风,切莫久居空调房,防止寒湿闭阻经络。
▪ 饮食:清热不寒凉,祛湿不伤脾。多食应季蔬果、杂粮,温补为辅,忌生冷冰寒。
▪ 运动:选择清晨、傍晚温和运动,微微汗出为佳,大汗伤津耗气。
▪ 调理:三伏贴、艾灸、汗蒸等传统理疗,可借助天时驱散体内陈年寒邪,固本培元。

Sanfu Health Preservation · Treat Winter Diseases in Summer

As Sanfu arrives, the weather turns scorching and dampness prevails. In traditional Chinese medicine, "nourish yang in spring and summer". Sanfu sees the most abundant yang energy all year round, making it the ideal period to relieve cold-dampness, physical weakness, joint discomfort and spleen-stomach deficiency-cold.

📌 Do's & Don'ts for Sanfu Health Care

• Daily routine: Avoid intense midday sun. Keep rooms ventilated. Do not stay in air-conditioned rooms for long, lest cold-dampness block the meridians.

• Diet: Clear heat without overcooling, remove dampness while protecting the spleen. Eat seasonal fruits, vegetables and grains. Opt for mild nourishment and stay away from raw and icy food.

▪ 养血润燥,调理阴虚干咳、口干不适

⚠️ 这些人慎吃/少吃
▪ 上火、口舌生疮、大便干结者不宜多食,会加重内热
▪ 脾胃湿气重、腹胀、大便溏稀、痰多人群,枸杞滋腻易积湿
▪ 感冒发烧、处于急性炎症期,暂时不要进补
▪ 腹泻人群、糖尿病人需严格控制分量
