texture for your cheese board. A wide spread of salamis and cured meats methodically sourced from some of the best producers is a guarantee that our patrons will savour a product of superior quality one rarely finds anywhere else. An array of freshly prepared antipasti is also available.

Our premium fresh filled pasta is made using
traditional methods of production using
00-Grade Durum wheat flour, semolina and free
range eggs.
Artisan produced fillings such as Ricotta & Grana
Padano, Maltese Cheeselets, Pumpkin and
Amaretti, Gorgonzola e Noci, Funghi Porcini,
Maltese Rabbit are but a few of a wider selection
of fillings freshly prepared by our highly trained
and dedicated staff.
