“Our artichoke hearts are cultivated from scratch to your table.
We planted them in September and take great care of them until it’s time to harvest.
By February and March, they are ready to be harvested.
We carefully remove the leaves until only the artichoke heart remains, cook it to perfection, add our marinade, and it’s ready to enjoy.”
