Who am I?
As a part time farmer and full time chef, I constantly see the farming industry fade away. There is food with less and less quality being pushed onto our tables as people forget that the right care and environment such as sun, soil, climate and nutrients are needed to grow genuine ingredients.
My aim is to work with local farmers to get the best products and develop new ideas, give ingredients a fresh twist in my recipes and implement these products in our everyday life. Supporting farmers will motivate individuals to learn and develop new recipes with local seasonal ingredients. I meet and work with many farmers to make sure the product is of good quality. At the moment, I am working on a range of jams, chutneys, marmalade, pickles, preserves, and some bakes. You are very welcome to contact me for more information.
