So you've witnessed me pull the plug last year on Roy made sausages when I announced that I was leaving to study in Brussels. However, I never expected my student visa to be refused and having to stay. So a few months later (and after healing from an accident that took place during the same time. Yes that also happened) I reopened Roy made sausages and picked up from where I left off.
This summer, my student visa was granted after a legal battle with the Belgian authorities that lasted for months. So I bought my ticket and Im leaving in mid August.
That being said, this is the last big batch of sausages I plan on making (I might make a small batch during the last week of July). And I'm taking it to Souk el tayeb this Saturday which is tomorrow! And will, of course be making sandwiches and rillettes on toast. See you there :)
