Cambodia Rejects Thai Foreign Ministry's Ceasefire Violation Accusation

ODDAR MEANCHEY – Cambodian Foreign Ministry strongly denies the Thai Foreign Ministry's accusations of Cambodia violating the ceasefire, according to a statement issued on the evening of July 30.

In the same statement, Cambodia expressed its determination and commitment to the ceasefire, not only to restore peace but also to make it enduring, for the benefit of both nations and the stability of the entire region

"Cambodia unequivocally reaffirms its steadfast dedication to the full and effective implementation of the ceasefire agreement and peaceful resolution to all disputes with Thailand," the statement read.

The ministry also emphasized that the Cambodian government reaffirms its full adherence to the ceasefire and steadfast commitment to the principles of international law and the peaceful resolution of disputes. It also demonstrates firm respect for the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and mutual dignity of both nations.
