Together, we created a Craft Cam Cola Original Flavor, blending our naturally spiced Cambodian cola with Three Corner Coffee’s cold brew.
The result is a refreshing drink where the familiar fizz of cola meets roasted coffee notes, with hints of caramel — nostalgic yet refined.

Where does our waste go?
This month, Craft Cam Cola with Demeter Herbal Tea joined Compost Collective, a community composting project in Phnom Penh.
A big thank you to B**g Bonlai - Vegan Cuisine for taking initiative to do this wonderful activity.

As a non-restaurant business, we don’t produce much food waste — just dried herbs from Demeter tea production and leftover pulp from making craft cola.

To fill our compost bins, we began collecting scraps from neighbouring families who run food stalls or prepare vegetables.

In Cambodia, most rubbish — even organic waste — is sent to landfill in plastic bags.

This small act is our way of challenging that.

To help reduce food waste, we use finely crushed herbal ingredients of Demeter Tea that are too small to use in tea, but perfect for flavouring our cola syrup.
These herbs come from the same trusted sources: school herbal gardens, smallholder farmers, and women’s farming group across Cambodia — all paid at fair trade prices.

A better cola, made more mindfully. Just mix with soda water and enjoy!
